When I created the all-over leafy design for t-shirts I thought that it turned out to be such a great pattern that it should be experimented with a little bit more.
I personally am a fan of funky wallpapers and wallstickers and wanted to turn my idea into an organic wallpaper/wallsticker that can be used to create a focus wall or even just a segment that stands out.
The dimensions of the original design were 1 m x 1 m and I decided to keep working on it and make a puzzle piece out of it that I can then multiply to cover an even wider surface with.
I modified the sides to be able to connect them relatively seamlessly without revealing obvious repetitive elements. Adjusting the colours made it possible to attain many different styles with the very same pattern. The background colour also gives an opportunity for further customisation. It can compliment the colours of the interior or completely blend in when using clear vinyl.
The colourful, saturated versions can turn a boring surface into something very vital and playful. The simple black or white coloured ones on the other hand just sneak some chic motion into usual, everyday scenes.
