I always found that You don’t have to go out of Your way if You need inspiration for designing. Either it’s about architecture, fashion or graphic design, nature provides an endless source of breathtaking structures, colours, patterns and phenomenon.
When I decided to create t-shirt designs, I wanted to do something personal and more complex than mainstream patterns or pictures that are aesthetic but lack of depths.
I’m living on the outskirts of a town in Surrey where nature pours into my room relentlessly every time I open my window. Ever since spring has paid its annual visit, I can constantly hear uncountable kinds of birds singing, smell the blooming flowers or the rain and see all the trees slow dancing with the wind. It’s so simple and raw. There is nothing to add or take away. It’s full. Even though it doesn’t always seem like it – so are we. This realisation led my hand when I created the collection called ‘Human Nature’.
Although we have this tendency of separating ourselves from our surroundings and our deep raw nature, it has never stopped being a part of us. And we have never stopped being (a part of) it ourselves. The ever changing mentality, the spaciousness, the ability of rebirth on many levels, the cycles that we go through, our colours, the shadows and the ultimate light within show that we only seem to be individuals on the surface, but behind all the masks and role playing games we are exactly the same.
If You like the designs, some of the t-shirts You can already purchase on this website below, and the rest will be available very soon:
